Pure CSS Sideways Accordion

2010 Feb 28

I have this thing with CSS where I try to push it. Make it behave differently. Make it look unexpected. Make it interactive. And then, I make it with only CSS and HTML. My newest CSS experiment is not a brand spanking new concept, but it mixes togethers techniques, tricks, past experiments and some under-utilize CSS features.

Before you look at my newest experiment you should know, it takes advantage of some brand new CSS that currently is supported in the current version of Webkit – otherwise known as Safari 4. (By 2011, there will probably be support in all the browsers except IE.)

One more thing, there are no images used. The only external files are the embedded fonts.

Give “Pure CSS Sideways Accordion” a whirl.
